Many players that competed in the International Dutch Amateur Championship now play European Tour and Challenge Tour.
Respectable European Tour player Thomas Detry, Romain Langasque, who finished third in a European Tour event and multiple times Challenge Tour winner Daan Huizing all played the International Dutch Amateur Championship in recent years.
